Essay

In most building projects, the consultants are hired by the architect to ensure complete coordination among the tasks of the architect and the consultants. However, in some projects, one or more consultants may be hired directly by the owner (sometimes before the selection of the architect). In such cases, the architect may still be held accountable for any error committed by the owner- appointed consultant(s). Explain why that is so.
