Dental History
The client has not been to the dentist in 5 years owing to a bad experience with his last dentist. He has 2 mm to 5 mm of clinical attachment loss in the posterior areas and no bleeding on probing. He has signs of chronic periodontitis. The dental restorations in his mouth are in very good condition, and there are no clinical signs of dental caries. His oral hygiene appears to be good.
