Institutional Prejudice

Overt Prejudice

Socially Constructed

The concept that meanings, notions, or connotations are created and maintained through social interactions and communal consensus.

Internalized Racism

Refers to the internalization by people of racist attitudes towards members of their own ethnic group, including themselves.
