Female Orgasmic Disorder
A sexual dysfunction characterized by a woman’s delay in, infrequency of, or absence of, orgasm and/or a reduction in the intensity of orgasmic sensations in all or almost all (75 to 100 percent) occasions of sexual activity for a minimum of six months, causing marked distress or interpersonal difficulty. Also known as anorgasmia.
