Taffy is a university lab chimpanzee; the university has lost its animal research grant and has to decide what to do with Taffy.
Since people in this country think that treating animals cruelly is wrong, the university should see that Taffy is placed in a humane facility. However, if the university is in a country where people don't think animals have any rights, then they can do what they want with her.
