A vision refers to an image a project team holds in common about how the project will look upon completion, how they will work together, and / or how customers will accept the project. Although they should be similar, everyone's vision will not be the same. Why not? How might having only similar visions support the project?

Definitions:

Mesosystem Level

A term from ecological systems theory describing interactions between different microsystems or immediate environments, like home and school.

Microsystem Level

The closest layer of environment in Bronfenbrenner's ecological systems theory, consisting of settings where an individual directly interacts, like family or school.

Internal

Pertaining to or existing within an entity, such as an organization, individual, or system, often as opposed to external factors or influences.

External

Originating from or situated on the outside of an entity, not inherent or contained within it.
