Jacob was arrested and charged with manslaughter. He is 17 years old and has never been in trouble with the law. He ended up fighting back against a school bully. The bully started attacking Jacob and Jacob fought back by throwing a book at the bully's head. The book hit the bully causing him to fall to the ground.
