These include offering money for college, college loan repayment programs and other academic incentives. In addition, your son or daughter will experience personal growth. By joining the Army, he or she will gain valuable interpersonal skills, such as teamwork, time management, problem-solving skills and professionalism. He or she will be challenged to accept a new sense of discipline and responsibility. Army training can turn your young adult into a Soldier. Fueled by honor, pride, ability and strength, he or she can achieve great things.
