As part of an assignment, you are asked to shoot a presentation using your Web camera. Web cams typically produce rather low-quality video; however, one of your classmates tells you that because your video will be viewed on a desktop, Web-based, or PDA computer with low resolutions, it won't make a difference if your camera produces poor quality video.
