The Answer is Reflecting on my own behavior, I can identify several ways in which I have sought approval, acceptance, or appreciation from others. One behavior I have used is being a people-pleaser, always saying yes to others' requests and putting their needs before my own in order to gain their approval. I have also found myself seeking validation through achievements and accomplishments, constantly striving to impress others and receive recognition for my efforts. Additionally, I have at times engaged in self-deprecating humor or downplayed my own successes in order to appear more relatable and avoid coming across as arrogant. These behaviors have often stemmed from a fear of rejection or a desire to be liked by others, and I recognize that they may not always be the healthiest or most authentic ways of seeking approval or acceptance. Through self-reflection, I am working on developing a more genuine sense of self-worth and finding validation from within, rather than relying on external sources for approval.
