One-sided Test
A statistical test in which the alternative hypothesis specifies a direction of the test statistic, either greater than or less than a certain range.
Two-sided Test
A hypothesis test that allows for the exploration of relationships in both directions, testing for the possibility of an effect in either direction.
P-value
The likelihood of test results being as significantly extreme or more so than what was observed, on the pretext that the null hypothesis is correct.
Two-sided Test
