On April 7, 1997, two players from opposing teams in a professional hockey match were involved in a fistfight. What made this fight notable was that the two players, Wayne and Keith Primeau were brothers. Outside of hockey, Wayne and Keith were (and are to this day) close friends. They did not fight because they were angry at one another. In fighting each other, they were breaking the rules of hockey, as well as the expectations that most people have of how brothers act toward one another. From a sociological point of view, they can be seen to be conforming to which of the following?
Internal Labor Force
An organization's workers (its employees and the people who have contracts to work at the organization).
External Labor Market
The job market outside of a specific company, inclusive of potential employees who currently work for other employers or are unemployed.
Workforce
The collective group of individuals who are available for work, including both employed and unemployed persons.
