It is becoming harder for people to argue that only humans have culture. How has primatology research illustrated that much of what we thought was uniquely human is in fact shared by non-human primates (and in some cases other species like wolves, dolphins, or mice)? Further, how could primate reproduction and infant dependency affect cultural transmission across generational lines?
