-Giving Praise. You are the owner of a small retail clothes store. You are in the middle of working on a new display when Chris, a salesperson, comes over to you and suggests how to rearrange the sweaters so that the display is more colorful and appealing to the eye. You decided to give Chris praise for a good idea.
