Short Answer

Using the rules of narrative writing, circle any areas of the following report section that require correction, and describe the correction needed.
My partner and me were driving around in the west section of the city looking for suspects involved in recent burglaries. The undersigned officer was driving the cruiser. As we turned left, we saw a male, later identified as Mark Barrett (DOB 9-1-1984) attempting to enter the basement window of a building. As we got closer, he began running west down Main Street in an apparent attempt to evade our cruiser. He finally stopped at the intersection of 2nd Street because he likely knew we were going to catch him.
