Unconscious Patronization
The phenomenon where individuals unknowingly treat a member of a marginalized group in a condescending or diminutive manner.
Unconscious Patronization
Subtle, unintended display of condescension or inferior treatment towards certain groups, often without the awareness of the individual.
Hindsight Bias
The inclination to feel that one would have foreseen or anticipated the result after an event has taken place.
Other-Race Effect
