Definitions:

Unfair Labor Practices

Actions by employers or unions that violate the rights of employees or union members, as defined by labor laws and regulations.

Cease-And-Desist Orders

Legal orders issued by a governmental authority or court to halt an activity or practice considered illegal or harmful.
