Athabasca University has evolved over its nearly 50-year history. Course delivery has evolved along with Athabasca University-from text-based learning modules to video cassettes,partnerships with educational television,and now to an internet-enabled teaching and learning model that coexists with the text and video-based independent learning models. In 1994,Athabasca pioneered an online Executive MBA program.
