To be useful, a segmentation scheme must produce segments that meet four basic criteria. What are they?
Lower-status Individual
A person perceived or designated as having less influence, power, or social standing compared to others within a group or society.
Intrusive Touch
Unwelcome or unsolicited physical contact that invades personal space.
Visual Dominance
A behavior pattern where individuals use visual cues, such as increased eye contact or stare, to assert dominance or convey power in social interactions.
Double Binds
Situations where an individual is given contradictory commands or expectations so that regardless of their choice, they cannot avoid criticism or failure.
