Definitions:

Exhibitionism Disorder

A condition marked by a persistent fixation on observing unsuspecting individuals who are naked, in the process of disrobing, or engaging in sexual activity.

Partialism

A sexual interest focused predominantly on one specific part of the body, other than the genitals, for sexual arousal.

Sexual Attraction

The feeling of being drawn toward someone in a physical, emotional, or romantic way, often based on sexual desire or the wish for sexual contact.
