Buffers
Substances that minimize changes in pH by absorbing or releasing hydrogen ions, thus maintaining a stable environment in solutions, especially in biological systems.
Hydrogen Bonds
Weak bonds between partially positive hydrogen atoms and partially negative atoms (like oxygen or nitrogen) in different molecules or within the same molecule.
pH Solution
