Resocialization
Resocialization is the process by which individuals learn new norms, values, attitudes, and behaviors to adapt to a new social role or environment, often replacing previously held social scripts.
Adaptive Socialization
The process through which individuals learn and adjust their behavior to fit the norms and roles required for successful integration within their society or specific groups.
Anticipatory Socialization
A process through which people learn the values, behaviors, and norms of a social role or group they aspire to join in the future.
Self-fulfilling Prophecy
