Divide into groups of four or five students, or divide into groups as assigned by your instructor. These groups may be useful for small group work throughout the rest of the semester. In your groups, create an agreement that will address conflict resolution for the team to use in the event that conflicts arise in future assignments. Consider how you wish to communicate and collaborate in and out of the classroom and how decisions will be made. Be sure to plan for unforeseen circumstances such as a team member failing to fulfill his or her responsibilities. Submit your plan to your instructor for approval.
