Our jobs occupy a hefty portion of our time, our thoughts, and our emotions. They determine in large part where we live, how well we live, and with whom we spend time-even after working hours. On another level, our jobs provide a good deal of our identity and self-esteem. If you could change one aspect of work in America, what would it be and provide a rationale for your choice.
