A: "Yes, I can definitely share an experience with you. In my previous role, I had a project where I had to collaborate with a team member who had a very different working style than mine. This team member often had a negative attitude and was resistant to new ideas. Instead of avoiding the situation, I decided to address it directly. I scheduled a one-on-one meeting with them to discuss our working relationship and find common ground. I made sure to actively listen to their concerns and also express my own. We were able to come to a mutual understanding and establish clear communication channels. I also made an effort to provide positive reinforcement and support, which helped improve their attitude and willingness to collaborate. In the end, we were able to successfully complete the project and even developed a better working relationship. This experience taught me the importance of addressing conflicts head-on and finding constructive solutions for the benefit of the team and the project."
