The Form Wizard provides four form layouts from which to choose. Name and briefly describe each layout, including an example of a situation of where you would use each layout.
Week
A time period consisting of seven consecutive days, commonly used as a unit of time to structure the calendar.
Fetal Period
The period that begins in the 9th week after conception, with the first signs of the hardening of the bones, and continues until birth.

refers to a group of organs that work together to perform one or more functions in the body, such as the digestive or respiratory systems.
Complexity
Refers to the state or quality of being intricate or complicated, often involving numerous interconnected parts or aspects.
