Pupil

Lamellated Corpuscle

A specialized nerve ending found in the skin and mucous membranes, responsible for sensing pressure and vibration.

Papillary Layer

The uppermost layer of the dermis, directly underneath the epidermis, rich in capillaries and nerve endings.
