In your first year of teaching you will need to select resources for use in your teaching program. Three categories of resources you are likely to need are:
-trade books
-websites
-iPads.
For each of these explain how and why you would use them and how you would evaluate their suitability and worth for your educational purposes.

Definitions:

Logged Area

A region where trees have been cut down for timber or forestry purposes, often leading to changes in the ecosystem.

Sewage Treatment

The process of removing contaminants from wastewater, primarily from household sewage, to produce an environmentally safe fluid waste stream and a solid waste suitable for disposal or reuse.

Photosynthesis

The process by which green plants and some other organisms use sunlight to synthesize nutrients from carbon dioxide and water.

Sediment

consists of solid particles, often minerals or organic matter, that settle to the bottom of a liquid, commonly found in bodies of water such as rivers, lakes, and oceans.
