The Answer is As of my knowledge cutoff in early 2023, the most recent addition to the United States Intelligence Community (IC) is the Space Force Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance Enterprise, which is a component of the U.S. Space Force. The U.S. Space Force itself was established on December 20, 2019, as the sixth branch of the U.S. Armed Forces, when President Donald Trump signed the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2020.

The Space Force was created to organize, train, and equip space forces in order to protect U.S. and allied interests in space and to provide space capabilities to the joint force. Its responsibilities include developing military space professionals, acquiring military space systems, maturing the military doctrine for space power, and organizing space forces to present to our Combatant Commands.
