Since the day Ben met Sandra at work, he has not liked her. Ben has always thought Sandra was arrogant and rude, especially towards him. As Ben sees Sandra every day at work, he has been reminded over and over again of how arrogant and rude she is. Sandra found out what Ben thought of her, and made a conscious effort to act nicer to Ben, and also towards others around the office.
