A number of accounts are listed below. Use the table to classify each account by indicating whether it is a temporary or permanent account, whether it is included in the Income Statement or Balance sheet, and if it is closed at the end of the accounting period, and, if so, whether it is closed with a debit or credit. The first one is done as an example.
Neutral Stimulus
A trigger that initially elicits no particular reaction except for capturing attention.
Unconditioned Response (UR)
An automatic, natural reaction to a stimulus that occurs without any need for prior learning or conditioning.
Ringing Bell
A sound or signal produced by a bell, often used to mark the beginning or end of an event, or to draw attention.
Conditioned Stimulus (CS)
In classical conditioning, an originally neutral stimulus that, after association with an unconditioned stimulus (US), comes to trigger a conditioned response (CR).
