The Answer is To set the stage and lead the way in helping the children in my class to care about themselves, I would start by creating a positive and nurturing classroom environment. I would also teach them about the importance of taking care of their physical and mental well-being through activities such as mindfulness exercises, yoga, and discussions about healthy habits.

To help the children care about one another, I would focus on building a strong sense of community within the classroom.
