Jaclyn notices that some of the senior trainers push students beyond accepted limits and work them more hours than recommended.In fact,many seem to focus only on promising candidates,even to the point that inexperienced students are getting hurt.When she mentions this to a colleague,she's told that this is how things work.It's important to "keep up their success rate."
