The Answer is Change in the Gestalt cycle begins when an individual or organization senses something that is not quite right,and moves on to become aware of a deficiency or a need to make a change.The individual or organization then progresses to other steps in the cycle - mobilizing resources,going into action,and making contact by facing the change head on.Sometimes,however,people stall in one of the first two stages of the process.They become "paralyzed" - spending all of their efforts trying to sense and become aware of the problem rather than taking concrete steps to make a change and solve the problem.They cannot move on to the other steps and complete the cycle through resolution,closure and assessment.
